I stopped posting on here and my diet went bad fast. :P I have resolved to once again jump back on the fitness wagon and work hard to lose some weight. I joined the gym here in town and I LOVE going. Unfortunately we've been sick around here so I haven't got in like I want to lately. We are all on the mend though so hopefully tomorrow I can get there. :P
I have lost 4.8 pounds in the last week but don't have any pictures. :P I was 258.6 last week and on Monday I was 253.8. I am hoping to start posting here at least weekly and including pictures like I was doing before. :D Wish me luck!!! :D
