Week 1, Day 1

I am realitively proud of myself for how well I did. It has been ROUGH! I want to eat everything in sight but, I restrained myself and whenever I wanted to boredom eat, I grabbed a bottle of water.... that helped some.... :P So, here is a summery of my day...

BREAKFAST (Approx. 223 Calories)
1 egg, fried
2 pieces of toast

LUNCH (Approx. 400 Calories)
Tuna fish sandwich (w/ light Miracle Whip)

DINNER (Approx. 1142 Calories)
2 Grilled Ham & Cheese Sandwiches

SNACKS (Approx. 219 Calories)
Whipped Topping
Fun Size 3 Musketeers
Plain Popcorn


I also was able to do a 35 minute workout and a lot of cleaning this afternoon/evening. It wasn't a perfect day but I am proud of how well it went.
