Week 1, Day 2

Today went well. I did not get a chance to exercise but I was able to make some healthier choices in my food.

BREAKFAST (Approx. 280 Calories)
Weight Watchers Yogurt
Peanut Butter Granola Bar

LUNCH (Approx. 334 Calories)
Grilled Chicken Salad from Burger King

DINNER (Approx. 560 Calories)
2 Ham and Cheese Lean Pockets

SNACKS (Approx. 300 Calories)
Popcorn
2 Chewy Granola Bars

I have noticed that it is hard for me to eat well at night. I cannot wait until harvest is over so that I know when my husband will be home and can get on a dinner cooking routine. I have been doing really well drinking lots of water. Probably still not as much as I should but a defiante improvement. I also discovered this morning that I have already lost some weight. :) I hope it keeps up all week!! LOL! :)
