Week 3, Day 4

We were traveling today, 8 hours in a car. Amazingly, I was able to make decent decisions and stayed under on my calories.

10 Piece Chicken Nugget meal from McDonalds

DINNER (Approx. 485 Calories)
Grilled Ham & Cheese
French Fries
Canned Peaches

SNACKS (None!)
