I lost .6 pound this week. Ugh. At least it wasn't a gain. I started off the week too sick to eat anything and ended unable to control myself. :P I am starting today well though with a breakfast of yogurt and a Slim Fast. Yum. :D I'm glad I am finally able to go back to the gym too. I missed it! :( I have my movies on my ipod and am ready to go!! :) I think I will take a pic of my workout summary's just to give ya an idea of what I do.... :) Anyway, here's my weight pic. I didnt get a body pic today but maybe next week. :P
You are doing good hun. Just keep going and it will add up to one big loss. I am so proud of ya and inspired. Keep going. I gained which I knew that I would so I need to get busy. Thanks for pushing me to workout. Just keep making me, OK? :P
