End of Week 3

You are probably wondering where day's 5, 6 and 7 went. I didn't even keep track of my calories. I decided when we got to the hotel that I was going to enjoy the weekend. I still limited the junk that I ate but defiantely didn't eat as well as I should have. It was a weekend of splurging and it was wonderful! I was very happily surprised to see that I still lost a little bit. I think that the lack of calories the beginning of the week probably helped that. Plus every night I would swim laps in the pool for an hour. Now that I am home, I am trying to get back into the routine and it's actually not going to bad, but that is for a post later in the day.

Here is my summery for the week:

At the beginning I was at 259.2, last week I was 252.8 and this morning my weight was 251 for a weight loss of 1.8 for the week 8.2 pounds total! :) I am noticing that I am feeling better about myself and my clothes are fitting better.

  1. I am so stinking proud of you!!! I also started really limiting the junk food and garbage and have noticed a difference. I've got to step it up and get back into an exercise routine. 2HAMS are back in action, lol!
