So, I woke up this morning and looked in the mirror. I hated what I saw. I seriously look like I am pregnant. It is disgusting. I decided that I am going to really buckle down and promised myself that I will be in the 230's by my birthday. That gives me 30 days to lose arould 13 pounds. I can do it. I will do it. Im tired of being fat. My plan is to be more strict about what I eat (I tend to cheat a lot lately) and going to the gym at least 4 times a week. I read and article about how, in order to make the most of your workout, you should do 10 minutes of cardio, 30 minutes of weights and 30 minutes of cardio so, that will be my plan and I'm going to see how it goes. I CAN TOTALLY DO THIS!!!
