Down one more pound this week to bring my total to 10 pounds lost!! I am glad that I lost but I know I am not going to make my goal of being in the 230's by my birthday. :( BUT, I am still losing and slow and steady wins the race. I am going to continue plugging away at it and eventually get where I want to be. I would have had a better loss this week but weekends are hard for me. We ate at Red Lobster on Saturday and then Sunday we went to DH's nephews confirmation so there was lots of goodies to eat there. I have been getting my daily water in which is HUGE for me. I am also getting better at the evil machine at the gym. Last night I didn't start to struggle until the last 10 of my 50 reps. Major improvement. Last night was a great workout. I dont know if I am going to make it there tonight cause I am completely exhausted but we will see. :)
