Weigh-in, May 2nd, 2011

251.4 this week. A loss of .8 for the week and 7.2 total. Since the weigh-in I have been doing really well. No candy, no junky meals and no over eating. I have managed to avoid snacking between meals and have upped my water intake along with going to the gym when I can. Last night I was able to jog for 30 minutes straight which was a huge accomplishment for me. I was soooooooooooo sweaty when I left there but I felt amazing. :D Anyway, here is my pic from the 2nd. :)
