I know I haven't updated lately....
.....and I know I need to. I had a lot going on but, beyond that, I have also been discouraged by people who I thought were my friends, apparently it was a one sided and conditional friendship though. Its OK. I can move past it and learn from my experiences though. Its time to focus on me, losing weight and getting healthy. I have a baby sitter coming twice a week so I can get to the gym and am going to be joining a spin class in September. Time to buckle down and lose this fat!!!!

Weigh-in, July 18th, 2011
I know I didn't post my weight last week. I decided to take the week off from everything. :) There is just too much going on lately and I needed a break. Last week the country fair was in town and I decided to enjoy it and just do what I wanted and eat what I want. It felt great to take a break and I feel recharged to get back on track. :) So, I weighed in Monday at 245.6 which is a gain of 2.4lb from the last time I weighed in.

Mmmmmm.... peaches.
I found a place in town that sells the best fruit. YUM. Especially the peaches. OMG. I am completely addicted. :D Good thing to be addicted to though. :D

Weigh-in, July 4th, 2011
Yay! I lost 1.6lb this week! :) I am taking most of today off though. It is a holiday and I am going to enjoy myself.... plus I have been seriously craving a chocolate doughnut. YUMMMM. Best to eat it and satisfy the craving rather than suffer and eventually quit my diet from frustration.... at least that's my theory. I want to lose the weight but it's not a competition. I'll get where I want to be eventually. :) Anyway, here's my picture for the week. :) I've lost a total of 15.6lb. Once I hit 20lb I will update my body pics again. :)

Weigh-in, June 27th, 2011
Somehow I missed posting this. EEK! So, here is my weigh in from Monday. I can't believe I forgot. :P I lost 1.6lb bringing my total loss to 14lbs.

Today I officially went from a size 22 to a size 20. :) Im still bigger than I want to be but it's a step closer! It feels good to see results! :) YAY! We went shopping today and I bought some new pants, then came home and packed up all of my old ones. Yay!!! :D Im all excited now. :D

Last night I was a bad girl.
I have been pretty good so far this week.....except last night. *sigh* I felt sick all day and then before bedtime I started feeling better and I ate.... a lot. Like a whole pizza. Not a big one, it was actually a mini pizza but still, bad. I went WAY over on calories and did not exercise. I'm going to do better today though including going to the gym tonight. I guess everyone is entitled to a mess up day occasionally. :P

This week....
.... I think I did AWESOME! :) I ate well, exercised regularly. I feel amazing. I love that my boobs are finally sticking out farther than my stomach. I think that is mostly due to my posture improving but I will take it! :) I can't wait for weigh in tomorrow! :) :) :)

Friday update!
My Monday morning workout really helped. I went to the gym on Wednesday and am going tonight plus I did simple stuff like squats and sit ups on Tuesday and Thursday. I have been VERY good with my diet but was discouraged to see that I gained a pound this last week. Ugh. Muscle maybe.... I dunno. Frustrating but I just have to keep plugging on.... I'll get there. Slow and steady wins the race, right?

Up 2.2 pounds. It's my own fault but it doesn't stop me from being mad. I changed tactics this week starting with an early morning trip to the gym. Hopefully starting the week out with a work out will help keep me on track the rest of the week. Anyway, here's my pic. My total loss is 12.4 again. I need to hit that 20lb mark. :P

The Farmwifes Confessions
I have been bad today. Well off and on all week, but especially today. I think I have given up for this week. My biggest confession is that I caved to one my my biggest and most unhealthy cravings.... yup. That's right. Cookie Dough. *sigh* I am actually pretty ashamed of it. I ate half of it, felt guitly and then threw it out. Last night I had a blizzard from DQ and right now I am eating taco hotdish. I really need to put a stop to this self destructive spiral. *sigh*

Proof I'm Losing Weight
I bought this bracelet a few months ago and it barely fit on my wrist. I could get it on by my arm fat bulged out around it. Now its almost loose and actually comfortable for me to wear! Yay for the small victories!

Weigh-in, June 13th, 2011
I weighed in yesterday morning and I lost 2.2 pounds bringing my total to 14.6. :) I was pretty amazed considering that we were on vacation. I tried to eat well but I know I screwed up a few times. I havent been to the gym for about a week now but starting tomorrow, that is going to change. :) I love going but some days it is hard to find the time and energy. *sigh* Anyway, I am going to post my pic and then off to bed.

AF showed yesterday FINALLY! Today I am down 1.8lb from last week which brings my overall loss to 12.4lb. :) YAY! This week we are going on a trip so HOPEFULLY I can eat well and get outside and do some jogging...... I just hope the bugs aren't too bad. :P :)

Weigh-in, May 30th, 2011
I gained this week. :( 3.8 lbs. :( I'm so sad but it's time to get back on the road to wellness. I am NOT going to make my goal unfortunately but I made a new one. I would like to get to 220 by August. I dont know if I can do it but I am sure going to try. My family is gathering in Denver and I haven't seen my brother and his wife since my dads funeral 6 years ago. On the plus side, I can squeeze my butt into my prepregnancy pants! :) They are tight but I can at least zip them up. It's a start. :) So, to recap, my current weight is 248.2 which means I gained 3.8lb and brings my total loss to 10.6 lb. *sigh*

I am so frustrated!
So Monday morning, I weighed 244.4 and was so excited! Then I stepped on the scale Wednesday and was up to 248, now I am 251. UGH! I am hoping that AF is on the way. I haven't been doing anything differently. No outrageous straying from my meal plan, I've been eating the same things I always do. I'm going to the gym, getting in my workouts and still, I gain. It had better be PMS related. I am really irritable right now so I am guessing that's whats up. It's very discouraging though. :(

Yay!!! Down 4.4 lb this week!!! :) I am so excited! :D That brings my total loss since I started up to 14.4lb! I only have a little over 5.4 pounds until I hit my first goal of 239.9! Im not sure I can do that in a week but I am sure going to try!! :)

I haven't posted lately....
I've been sooooo busy!! I have been eating relatively well but have really had to force myself to take time to eat. I walked 5 miles this morning and am hoping to make it to the gym tomorrow. It will be my first time for the week though which is almost unheard of for me lately. This week we have our good babysitter coming so hopefully I can get into the gym a few times this week. :) I am excited to workout again! :D

Weigh-in, May 16th, 2011
Down one more pound this week to bring my total to 10 pounds lost!! I am glad that I lost but I know I am not going to make my goal of being in the 230's by my birthday. :( BUT, I am still losing and slow and steady wins the race. I am going to continue plugging away at it and eventually get where I want to be. I would have had a better loss this week but weekends are hard for me. We ate at Red Lobster on Saturday and then Sunday we went to DH's nephews confirmation so there was lots of goodies to eat there. I have been getting my daily water in which is HUGE for me. I am also getting better at the evil machine at the gym. Last night I didn't start to struggle until the last 10 of my 50 reps. Major improvement. Last night was a great workout. I dont know if I am going to make it there tonight cause I am completely exhausted but we will see. :)

Weigh-in, May 9th, 2011
Yay! I lost 1.6lb this week!!! :) That brings my total up to 9lb. I am sooooooooooo happy! :) I need to lose 9.9lb over the next 22 days which is do-able but I am going to have to get my hiney in gear! I also measured my gut. My stomach sticks out 4 inches. Seriously? That is disgusting. I remember when I was first pregnant and I kept measuring to see if I was looking pregnant yet..... now I look pregnant all the time and I hate it. I guess I learned a lesson there. :P Anyway, here is my picture for the week and hopefully soon I will be able to update my body pics. :)
Nervous about tomorrow....
I was doing so good this week. As of Thursday, I had lost 3 pounds. Then we went to Omaha. And Mothers day and my diet pretty much went out the window. :( We did a lot of walking in Omaha and I chased the kids a lot today so hopefully that balances things out but I am not hopeful. I just pray that I stayed the same or maybe lost a little bit. I hope I didn't gain. I really want to make my goal of being in the 230's by my birthday..... *sigh*

Weigh-in, May 2nd, 2011
251.4 this week. A loss of .8 for the week and 7.2 total. Since the weigh-in I have been doing really well. No candy, no junky meals and no over eating. I have managed to avoid snacking between meals and have upped my water intake along with going to the gym when I can. Last night I was able to jog for 30 minutes straight which was a huge accomplishment for me. I was soooooooooooo sweaty when I left there but I felt amazing. :D Anyway, here is my pic from the 2nd. :)

A realization.
So, I woke up this morning and looked in the mirror. I hated what I saw. I seriously look like I am pregnant. It is disgusting. I decided that I am going to really buckle down and promised myself that I will be in the 230's by my birthday. That gives me 30 days to lose arould 13 pounds. I can do it. I will do it. Im tired of being fat. My plan is to be more strict about what I eat (I tend to cheat a lot lately) and going to the gym at least 4 times a week. I read and article about how, in order to make the most of your workout, you should do 10 minutes of cardio, 30 minutes of weights and 30 minutes of cardio so, that will be my plan and I'm going to see how it goes. I CAN TOTALLY DO THIS!!!

UGH! I gained 1.2 lb since last week. I am so mad at myself. I KNEW that I shouldn't have been eating what I was but did it anyway. Ugh. Oh well, today is a new day.... even though I had a doughnut for breakfast..... :P I am hoping to get to the gym tonight. :P Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays are going to get a lot harder for me to do much for a few weeks so hopefully I can still fit in a workout. Stupid hip.
Right after DH and I got married, I started having hip problems. It lasted about a year and the doctor said it was bursitis and offered cortisone shots which I declined. For some reason I was scared of shots then. Stupid me. :P Now that Im working out again, ny hip is starting to ache more. UGH. Thankfully DH is willing to help me really stretch it every night but it still hurts to move much. UGH UGH UGH. I hope as I lose weight, this becomes less of a factor. I feel like an old person..... someone my age shouldn't have to deal with hip problems. :P

My neice was here this weekend so I didn't exactly eat the healthiest and didnt get to the gym all weekend but I still had a pretty decent loss! :) YAY! I was 252.4 last week and this week weighed in at 250.6 which is a loss of 1.8 lb for the week and 8 lb total! :) YAY!!! Tonight I plan on going to the gym and HOPEFULLY spending a good hour and a half there. :) Im excited to get in there again.... I can't believe how much I have missed it!! :) I also decided this week that on the days I CAN'T get to the gym, I am going to start adding yoga on my Wii..... :)

This past week I have really struggled with eating right. I have been good about working out but, I love going to the gym. :) I also just ordered a new stroller (YAY!!!) so I am hoping to go walking in town some once it warms up. :) Anyway, this week I weighed in 252.4 which was a loss this week of .8 and a total loss of 6.2 lb.

I lost .6 pound this week. Ugh. At least it wasn't a gain. I started off the week too sick to eat anything and ended unable to control myself. :P I am starting today well though with a breakfast of yogurt and a Slim Fast. Yum. :D I'm glad I am finally able to go back to the gym too. I missed it! :( I have my movies on my ipod and am ready to go!! :) I think I will take a pic of my workout summary's just to give ya an idea of what I do.... :) Anyway, here's my weight pic. Back on the wagon.
I stopped posting on here and my diet went bad fast. :P I have resolved to once again jump back on the fitness wagon and work hard to lose some weight. I joined the gym here in town and I LOVE going. Unfortunately we've been sick around here so I haven't got in like I want to lately. We are all on the mend though so hopefully tomorrow I can get there. :P
I have lost 4.8 pounds in the last week but don't have any pictures. :P I was 258.6 last week and on Monday I was 253.8. I am hoping to start posting here at least weekly and including pictures like I was doing before. :D Wish me luck!!! :D
